November 25, 2020 at 8:57 AMCan’t recommend Louise enough, she helped me both physically and mentally throughout lockdown with doing her online classes. I have never stuck to any fitness routine ever but with her motivation and constant support I looked forward to classes instead of shying away from them. She is 100% dedicated to each and everyone of her clients. She is always going above and beyond with new ideas keeping us on our toes, Can’t wait to see what she has planned for the future

November 25, 2020 at 7:30 PMCouldn’t recommend this girl enough… she goes above and beyond to help you out at anytime of the day.. she was a godsend to a lot of us girls during lockdown with her live videos and just her all round help an motivation to push you even when you feel like giving up.. even in the gym I walk out feeling I’ve done a workout whether it’s been training with her or one she’s given me.. I hate going to the gym on my own but with a little easing she’s helped me feel comfortable to do so myself.. if ur thinking of a new gym and PT she’s defo your girl 🥰

My first picture here was me at the end of the first lockdown, I was in such a low dark place mentally I felt i couldn’t go anymore if I’m honest, I also felt fat lethargic and so bloated and I just had no motivation for anything really!!
I started with walking and online classes with Louise and then joined her first 6week challenge. I could not believe my progress in as little as 6weeks both mentally and physically!!
Watching my diet, cutting out all the rubbish fatty foods and focusing on training!!
The gyms opened 4weeks into the 6week challenge and I was a nervous wreck to enter that gym myself, But i overcame my anxiety and fear off entering that gym and that was another goal smashed in my eyes!! After seeing my results and winning the first 6week challenge it only made more determined and motivated to see what I could achieve in the next 6weeks. I set myself goals every week and Louise gives me goals to smash and I love it. I just want to keep chasing. She’s on hand with constant plans to suit my body, and to answer any questions required. The 2md picture is the end of my 2nd 6week challenge. 12weeks no fad diets and check the transformation. Consistency and hard work is the key.

November 25, 2020 at 9:09 PMI can’t recommend Louise enough, she has helped so many people get motivated by pt, live videos and challenges. I have never been one for the gym or working out as soon as I started doing louise’s challenge I have been a completely different person towards fitness. Louise puts her heart and soul into helping others get motivated and challenge themselves. I have always felt anxious going into the gym and since doing Louises challenges I have been loving the gym and looking forward to going! Louise has been doing live videos throughout lockdown and with the gyms shutting again she has been keeping us all motivated and not giving up. Honestly haven’t felt better, if you ever need pt or wanting to start your fitness journey Louise is your person!

Never fails to go above and beyond for not only her clients and members of the gym, but anyone outside that who is looking for advice or information on anything she is able to help with. She has helped me a lot before lockdown, but even more so during lockdown by taking the time out her day to do online classes & a 6 weeks challenge (free or charge) to ensure people were both physically and mentally getting through the lockdown. If anyone is looking for the right exercises to be doing to either, lose weight, build muscle, strengthen or even just to keep fit then this lady knows her stuff and you will feel comfortable and relaxed around her at all time.
