I understand the strains of recognizing and finding career direction, organizing an effective job search, improving work performance, and augmenting career planning.

Recently I started a new corporate project addressed to larger companies and employers who would like to enhance their employee retention and their internal mobility at the workplace, improve their communication and sales skills.
