    I’ve been working out with Krisfit for the past year. My personal fitness level has improved and I have learned so much. I find Krisi very approachable with any queries I have whether it be exercise or nutritional advice. She is always willing to help. The app for PT is very easy to use and the exercises are varied to work all parts of the body. I was never into exercise until I joined Krisfits team and now I love it and try and push myself regularly. I would recommend Krisfit to anyone from starting out to more advanced fitness.
